Results were always good but I found myself waiting for the other shoe to fall. A soon as one specialist finished and said we were through, another specialist popped up and then another and another. The last exercise was with a Notary back here in South Carolina who brought an inch thick stack of papers for us to verify and sign. Again, all the various representatives did an excellent job in their specialty but I believe the various documents could have been processed more expeditiously by one or maybe two contacts.

Shopping for a home in a fast-paced and competitive seller's market can very be stressful, especially in 100+ degree weather. When we were house-hunting, she listened very carefully to everything we wanted in a house and worked hard to find houses that matched our criteria. We were moving from another town, so on the day of our house-hunt, she drove us to see 12 different houses! Once we made a decision, she coordinated all of the inspections and other items needing to be done. She even went up to our new home, a significant drive for her, multiple times, including times when she went so that we wouldn't have to come in from out of town. She kept us posted throughout the closing, and offered to help us with anything we needed after the closing. Throughout everything, Tracy was helpful, patient, friendly, and answered any questions we had promptly and thoroughly. We highly recommend Tracy!

When I called her, she invited me over that moment and gave me a tour of the house and told me what the house had to offer. As a small investor, I could see potential in this charmer.
